Description: Had a superb meal at Cae Nest Hotel, Llanbedr last night. I had asked before going if they could cater and was told yes. Forgot to take the standby bread in my bag but was served a warm GF roll which was lovely and unexpected. First course of carpacchio of beef with pesto and parsnip crisp, second was lamb and pudd a bread and butter pudding to die for. Tea and home made petit four. Not forgetting the red wine
