Description: We place importance on the individual and cater for all types of dietary requirements. We have recently catered for several guests who were Coeliac, and they were delighted with not only the food but the choice of food that we offer. As we cook everything fresh, mostly from local produce, we are lucky enough to be able to offer a menu that is often at least 90% gluten free.

Furthermore, our restaurant at the Pilgrim Hotel in Hereford is open to the general public for lunch, dinner and Sunday lunch.
