On arrival, the Maitre d and all the waiting staff knew of my requirements,

Description: I went out for lunch with friends
and went to the Pitcher and Piano bar in Reading and when scanning
the menu for anything I could possibly eat I stumbled across sandwiches
made on gluten free bread!! They offer various fillings as a kind
of 'build your own' sandwich where you choose which kind of bread
you want and GF was actually listed.
The bread was so nice that I actually wasn't convinced it was gluten
free.....i still can't believe it, but its on the menu's in black
and white. Not sure how great this menu would be for very sensitive
coeliacs as not sure on how it is prepared or what it could be baked
with, but I do definitely recommend it.
